Requirements

International Projects Apprenticeship

Belgrade

IPC WB has launched its apprenticeship programme on international donor project development and administration. Successful trainees with an ambition to expand their practical know-how and skills in developing and managing projects under different international donor programmes will have the chance to work on real projects of IPC WB, and will develop innovative project concepts in response to real calls for proposals published under the international programmes in the Western Balkans region.

The traineeship lasts 3 - 6 months. A mentor, an experienced Senior Development Consultant, will be assigned to each trainee. A maximum of five trainees are accepted to the programme at the time.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
General understanding of EU policies, EU institutions and EU funding
Experience in project proposal development and/or implementation is an advantage

Responsibilities

Assistance in development of project proposals under international donor programmes
Liaising with international project partners
Providing support to project managers in their day-to-day operations
Contributing to drafting project reports and other material
Contributing to communication activities and social media campaigns
