Senior Development Consultant

We are seeking experienced people to support us in further developing our EU networks and business. To strengthen our open development consultancy activities, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated colleague with a drive to make a difference for our partners.

Requirements
  • minimum 10 years of profession experience in EU project consultancy
  • fluent in English - C1+
  • full computer literacy
  • preferred drivers licence
  • preferred academic background in social sciences

Junior Administrative Assistant

We are looking for recent graduates who seek to start up their career within the external funding and regional development ecosystem. We expect you to focus strongly on improving your professional skills while delivering positive impact to the unit in both big and small tasks.

International Projects Apprenticeship

IPC WB has launched its apprenticeship programme on international donor project development and administration. Successful trainees with an ambition to expand their practical know-how and skills in developing and managing projects under different international donor programmes will have the chance to work on real projects of IPC WB, and will develop innovative project concepts in response to real calls for proposals published under the international programmes in the Western Balkans region.

The traineeship lasts 3 - 6 months. A mentor, an experienced Senior Development Consultant, will be assigned to each trainee. A maximum of five trainees are accepted to the programme at the time.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • General understanding of EU policies, EU institutions and EU funding
  • Experience in project proposal development and/or implementation is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Assistance in development of project proposals under international donor programmes
  • Liaising with international project partners
  • Providing support to project managers in their day-to-day operations
  • Contributing to drafting project reports and other material
  • Contributing to communication activities and social media campaigns
